Pin It, Follow them, Like, insta-share and twit-twit - What's the sense?

I admit I am not a fan of social media.

Although I worked online using hashtags, likes, follow, share, check-ins and pin it are very common to me.

I still don't get why people have to take pictures of almost everything but were not helpful at all.

In preparation for my Mom's birthday, I was the one in charge of searching for the venue.

I consult all major social network sites and review websites but to my dismay most of the pictures posted and reviews are not useful at all.

For those aspiring blogger and want to have a reputation for business reviews.
You should keep in your mind the following.

1. Don't just check in, validate the info - Facebook is offering Facebook editor wherein you can update information on different pages created.
So the next time you check in to ask the manager/person in charge if their info is updated.

2. Pictures, pictures, pictures make them useful - don't just take a shot of your face or your group sitting on the table or the food that you order. try to capture the menu that they offer as well as the front store and the whole area.
Other people doesn't care about you but they want to have an overview of the resto or the resort, your pictures will give them an idea if the place is big enough to accommodate a certain number of attendees or if they are serving food they want.

3. Hashtags - if you're going to use hashtags don't forget the restaurant's official hashtags.

4. Reviews - give an honest to goodness review, don't just say I love the food, best place ever.
Give comment on the service, the food taste, price, facilities, and even the crew.
This will help not only the possible customers the idea about the place and at the same time will give the management the chance to improve their service.
