Quick And Easy Pasta Recipe With Spanish Sardines



This is my first time posting a recipe that I cooked for my son.

This is a quick and easy pasta recipe with Spanish sardines.



Ingredients:

250 - 300 grams pasta (any pasta will do)
3 - 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 - 2 tablespoons of Doña Elena olive oil (or any available cooking oil)
1 can Master Spanish Sardines (or any sardines of your choice)
* salt and pepper to taste



Cooking:

Step 1 

Cook pasta for 10 to 15 mins or until al dente (drain and transfer to a pasta bowl)

Step 2 

- Saute minced garlic on 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil 
- Add the sardines and cook for 2 to 3 mins. 
- Break the sardines into small pieces while cooking by pressing them gently.
- Add the cooked pasta to your sardines.
- Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Optional:

You can add dried basil, parmesan cheese, or chili flakes for extra flavor.

Cooking time: 20 mins
Servings: 2 to 3 person
